I want to create similar to this website: http://8dio.com/ but seems there's a lot of divs included. I tried using Quick Columns but I am thinking that per column is a "blog entry or link" shown each as a poster image. So it's more like a list-type but each list has a poster image with links to a blog entry and arranged horizontally with 8 posters per horizontal line and they are all in a wall.
Any tutorials or tips would be helpful!

A possible solution for you is to use an html table which you can create here http://www.tablesgenerator.com/html_tables
Then purchase PVII's Table converter you will find here http://www.projectseven.com/products/tools/mft/
The converter will make your table responsive & make your images scalable.
