On the PV7 products page the navigation bar stays at the top of the page as the user scrolls down and then returns to its place when the user scrolls up. How is that effect achieved? Is it a widget? It is very smooth. Could it be applied to a pmm3 horizontal menu on an affinity based site. Thanks.
Scroll and stick a div to the top of the page?

Is the effect using the Elevator Panel Magic Script? Has that been retired? Thanks

A number of pvii menu systems have this option, pmm3, dmmm for instance, if you don't see a Fixed on Scroll option, visit the updates page over at pvii's main site.

Thanks, I found fixed on scroll - that works for the pmm3 buttons but not for the whole div. On the PV7 products page the whole div fixes to the top of the page and it also gain transparency while doing so. How to achieve both these effects? Thanks again.

Thanks I read the tutorial but couldn't make it work with either a freshly created test site or the page I'm working on using multicolor. I thought the class should be .p7PM3-16.p7PM3.p7pm3-fixed. The menu sticks but doesn't change its style. Also the effect on the example pages of the tutorial look different from the actual PV7 product page.

.p7pm3-fixed {background-color: green;}
That's it. Just make sure the rule comes after any other rule that colors the root menu.Posted 7 years ago -
Thanks, that did the trick, why the complex class in the tutorial?

Nothing complex about it. That selector name works perfectly, too. Obviously, you made an error before. The tutorial is for all themes, some of which have no existing background color.
