   Suppose I have a list of 10 items. How can I use SML to hide the last seven list items and initially show just the first three. Is it necessary to have two lists or is there a way to do it with one? Thanks.

   I may be stepping out of bounds here, but a few months ago I asked Al for a dynamic solution which he graciously provided to me. So I have been able to tie results to a database, which in your case you want to do and show only a few. So that could be solved by setting a database to show only 3 results.

   The solution has been great for me.

   I've been away, thanks for the replies. I just want to be able to split ordered and unordered lists. I'm not using mysql or the like. How to do that? Thanks
