   Is it possible to change the default image for the Slide Out Menu icon? Currently it is 3 horizontal lines one under the other. I looked in the img folder in the p7som folder but didn't see it. How is the icon generated? Thanks.

   It's a simple character entity in the toolbar DIV:
   ≡ (& equiv;)

   The 3 line icon, commonly called a hamburger, is known by nearly everyone these days as symbolizing a menu.

   Thanks, how can I center the menu vertically in my masthead. I tried using the masthead's id and the pixel top offset value but couldn't get the icon to move down.
