   I cannot install any PVII extensions with the Extension Manager for Adobe CC
   I am using DWCC-2019 on a Mac Pro OS Mojave 10.14.5
   I get the following error message:

   p7_AMM_128.zxp
   Exman Error:Installing extension with file path = /Volumes/Drobo5N2/dra173202300052/1/Drobo_3/Downloads-D3/Project-7/p7_AMM_128 2/p7_AMM_128.zxp
   Failed to install, status = -265!

   If you are using our extension manager, latest version, I'm afraid any errors would be due to corruptions of either Adobe files or your Mac. ExMan is an Adobe application. All we do is put a front end on it so it can be used. As with any issues, information is always important and yours is kind of slim. Let's start with some rudimentary questions:

   Has Extension Manager worked before?
   Have you recently updated Dreamweaver?
   Do you have the latest EM version installed (0.24)?
   Did you unzip the extension download?

   If we can't get you sorted her, can you call us?

   Has Extension Manager worked before? - No, I just downloaded and installed it for the 1st time

   Have you recently updated Dreamweaver? - Yes, about 2-3 months ago. Ver: 19.1 Had trouble with it since that date. I prefer to use CS6, but it was uninstalled and I can no longer get it back.

   Do you have the latest EM version installed (0.24)? Yes

   Did you unzip the extension download? Yes, I followed the instructions from your Site as well as the posts in this forum.

   Yes I am able to call
