I attempted to update a plugin and when I went into the PVII Extension Manager I found the following invalid Dreamweaver 'plugins': Alignment Panel64 2019, ArticlePanel64 2019, Asset Library Panel64 2019, Assignment UI64 2019, BNUI64 2019, nd Book Panel64 2019, all with a version of 14.0.433. It also lists all the correctly installed plugins which are seen in Dreamweaver. The invalid plugins do not appear in Dreamweaver. I attempted to remove these invalid plugins and it said they were removed but they were not. I also cannot install the upgraded plugin because it fails with an error code of -419.
Obviously something is corrupted. I uninstalled and reinstalled Dreamweaver with no luck. Is there anyway to correct this error?

I uninstalled this time and removed preferences at the same time. So now Dreamweaver CC version 20.2 does not now know about any extensions. I also verified it with the ExManCmd which says their are no extensions for Dreamweaver. So, how do I get the extension Manager to realize there are no extensions installed. If that can be done, then I can install them cleanly.

I found a solution. I found a tool from Extend Studio (titled Anastasiy's Extension Manager) that is free and it was able to reset the extension list and allow me to install extensions again. I can now use the Project Seven extension manager again!
