so this isn't a PVII issue, but hoping someone might be able to help. I have an embedded mailchimp form on https://robert-hanley.com/ffsubscribe.php
It looks fine on my comp running the latest version of Firefox, but on the Client's comp running latest version of Firefox it basically is condensed and doesn't show the format...I cleared his cache, javascript is enabled/etc. cant think of what is causing the difference in display - would anyone have any insight? Thanks in advance!

It could be tracking protection, https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enhanced-tracking-protection-firefox-desktop? or perhaps third party tool

Have you tried a different browser?
I'm using an older version of Firefox (71.?) and the form looks condensed, but appears usable. When I looked at it in IE 11 (i know, i know) it displays fine.

Thanks so much for the suggestions.
I have tried on my end in Chrome and Firefox - both look good to me. Client only uses firefox.
beets - it sounds like you are seeing the same things that the client sees :(
Sinclair - I am hoping it might be one of those - but is there wouldn't be a way to control that on every client end though?

Also, it doesn't look like the AddThis shows up on the client end - so I am thinking there is some type of tracking protection issue?

@Sinclair - thanks so much - it was a tracking protection issue! I was able to change the setting on clients end and now it is working!
