On this page, I need to shorten up the logo. and mmove it so its up and to the left of the page. I've tried positioning it through css, but when I position it, it kills the ir2 How do I accomplish this?

Are you referring to the text? It might look better if you write it out in text with CSS styling rather than use a graphic for it? You will then be able to manipulate the size/position/etc. too and it would look sharper.
