Is there a p7 tool for style switching based on scroll (alter styles when scrolled into view, or out of view, or scroll position)?
Thanks for the pointer.

To clarify....
I would like to change styles on an element when scrolling past a marker point, AND reverse that when scrolling back up. That undo-it-when-scrolling-back-up seems to be the unmet need with my existing js tools.
I have access to STT and STE. Since the STT demo shows a bottom bar activated upon scroll, and de-activated upon scroll back up... perhaps this is possible using STT/STE?
EDITED:
or some way to have scroll event activate SCS effects?
Unfortunately no, we do not have a tool to trigger style class changes on scroll or on Element in View. Our scrolling tools like STE, Panache, etc. all have this built in but dedicated for their individual tasks.
