Is there a way to add padding between the panels?
Here is what I have. But I would like some space between the panels.

This is nested inside of a Harmony Magic column/panel with padding off for full width.
I've tried changing the Padding in the box using different pixel sizes and it doesn't seem to change anything.

The padding setting in ISM controls the padding amount inside the panel content area. The actual panels themselves cannot have any white space around them, they need to assure proper display and resizing.
The only way to get apparent white space between the panels is to completely re-style the background colors and borders so that they affect the panel and not the panel wrapper. This would mean that you cannot use the built in styling in the ISM interface and instead create custom user classes to assign the bg colors, left and right white space (margin), and font color for each panel... probably not worth it especially since you also have BSE backgrounds assigned to each.
