Hi all I have updated the following web artilleryhistory.org with MXM for some unknown reason the menu does not come up on all phones why?

Since your page layout structure is 1000px fixed-width and table-based you should not be using the Responsive mode in MXM.
-On your template page:
-Open the MXM Modify interface
-Select the 'Menu Options' tab and un-check the 'Enable Responsive Conversion' box
-Click OK
-Save the template and allow it to update all of the pages.
-Upload all of the revised pages to your web server
