I reviewed the user guide but don't see a mention of how to modify the font size on the p7LBNAV01.css sheet.
In responsive mode, when I click the hamburger icon, what opens has an extremely small font size for the "ul a"s and double "ul a"s.
I'm afraid to "play around" with that style sheet's rules and declaration. I'd prefer to be guided so that I'll know how to correctly enlarge the menu's font sizes.

You have a stye rule in your exceptions.css style sheet that sets the font size for all <li> tags, including the menu <li> tags, to 60% for the phone presentation. It's at line 382:
.mgt-caption .mgt-caption-text p, li {
font-size: 60% !important;
}
This is what is causing the menu items to be rendered very small. If you want to keep that rule, for other elements on the page, then simply add this rule over-ride the 60% for just the menu items:
.p7LBNAV li {
font-size: 1.1em !important;
}
Add this right after the line 382 rule, inside the media query brackets.
